You can always use social media of course, as many people above suggest. However, for some kinds of websites, the target audience may not be on those social media. Your target audience may prefer getting directed to your site using search engines. In that case, you will have to hire …

I would go for an Acer Aspire, if you really had to choose between those 2.. An Aspire is definitely worth it's price, as far as I experienced. Otherwise, if you care for support, go for a Dell. Their support is really great (you have to pay for in-home support, …

Some mobile providers give you the chance to receive an SMS containing all necessary configuration details. You just have to request your settings, and they will send it to you. Not sure if it is possible in your case, but worth trying :)

I guess (if you're sure it isn't any hardware-related) you should reïnstall your mouse drivers. Go to Hardware Management (devmgmt.msc) and uninstall your mouse-driver. Windows will automatically reïnstall when you plug your mouse back in.

As long as you have an internet connection, you'll be safe (normally) But even without a connection to the web, windows has some integrated drivers, to start out. As far as I know a mouse and keyboard doesn't require any special drivers, nor an internet connection or extra update.
