Hi folks, My onboard VGA display port is not working. When I start machine display toggles 'ON'/'OFF' in series and after 10 seconds monitor goes blank. My doubt is that the VGA port has some issues. I've checked monitor by connecting it to laptop. Its working fine. So my question is.. if I add PCI VGA card or PCI DVI card on motherboard, will my display work? Or I must have to go for graphics card? My computer usage is normal(movie/songs/documents/internet). No Gaming. My desktop configuration is Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E4400 Motherboard: Intel D945GCCR Monitor: Samsung SyncMaster 2033w …

Hello, I'm trying to install a second graphics card in my PC. The problem is, there are only two 6 pin(I think that's the right word) power connectors for my PSU. I have two IDE power -> 6 pin adapters. If I put both of those adapters on the same IDE power line that is coming from my PSU, will it harm my PC in any way?

Hey guys! I'm selecting the parts for my new gaming desktop and I don't know too much about audio. I'm using the Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H ATX LGA1155 Motherboard and I don't know if I should buy a Asus Xonar DG 24-bit 96 KHz Sound Card. I tried looking at the audio specs of both but I don't understand too much about it. So is it worth it and what are the differences? Thanks

I have a half-mini PCI-E WiFi card (RTL8192E to be exact), which has 2 small aerial pins plugged into it. Can I use this without any aerials in a new PC build so I don't have to buy a new WiFi card? If it will work, would the signal be strong enough to reach to a router which is downstairs, pretty much directly below me? Thanks, --Mark
