Re: Try cleaning the installation disc. Some files can be safely skipped, others cannot. Sometimes copying the disc will reduce the number of errors. | |

Re: You can't do any significant damage, but it would make sense to try and solve the problem. Make sure you have the latest version of movie maker and your graphics drivers. Look in event viewer and see if there are any entries related to this problem. | |

Re: Dell makes excellent computers. You installed drivers that are not supported by the manufacturer, nor written by a programmer, so perhaps you could take credit for this problem. Try a system restore back to when the drivers were working. | |
