whatever you do dont get a widescreen one games dont like them you dont need to run the game at the max resolution (my screen can do a max of 1280x1024 but i choose to play games at 1024x768 for speed reasons)

autodiallers usually hihjack your modem and get it to call a premium rate (usuallly adult) number so its important to unplug your pc from te phone line when your not using it until we get this sorted out or else you could have a big bill

to make the pcs on one side of the router see the ones on the other i think you need to change the settings on one of the routers from router to gateway and disable NAT but dont take my word for it if its for something important

i dont like net, mono or java. I got some VB6 and some VB.NET apps - the .NET apps use 3 times the memory and are double the size. Likewise for java whose speed is nbearable for anything apart from toy programs
