u should create a sitemap and submit this to Google’s Webmaster Tools, this will ensure that all of your content gets included in the index, then get more backlinks as it will help u index by google quick esp if the backlinks are quality ones

Link exchange is helpful. However, it takes a lot of time to request one from authority sites. Be aware of automatic exchange which might get low value and even be banned. It is better to get one way links, you can try three way linking and authority sites profile.

There are two that you can give a try: Onlywire - It can bookmark your site in over 20 bookmarking sites at once Web2Submitter - It can submit your site many sites at one click.

First the GWT never shows all the links you have. You just make sure that you have the traffic and they still works. Then you just keep on building quality links like those from authority sites in your niche.

I have seldom used them before. Thinking they are not that effective. But it really depends on what you want. Famous providers besides Constant Contact are Campaigner, iContact and Vertical Response.

It may not easy to predict the trend of Google, but it is indeed beneficial to know how google gonna work! So I think check google's blog from time to time may help u a little bit!
